After failing to disrupt traffic with construction on the Beltline over the past few years, Wisconsin's Department of Transportation decided to do some little stuff like ramp meters, highway lighting and reference markers, and one larger project, the reconstruction of bridges over Whitney Way, Gammon Road and Mineral Point Road.
